When I needed a professional to handle a difficult tenancy and other agents turned me down, Vlad reached out with free consultation and advice after seeing my Facebook post. Super understanding, super responsive, professional, proactive, capable and caring are just a few adjectives I’d use to describe Piyush Odedra. There are not enough stars to rate Piyush appropriately. He is without a doubt and has by far been the best I’ve dealt with. His willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills made my renting process very smooth and easy. I asked a lot of questions (either after or before office hours), some of which were fairly simple, yet he never hesitated to respond and made the whole process a breeze. He responded to all of my questions with all of the details with a cheerful look on his face. He was tremendously helpful from day one.

There were never any instances when there was a delay in communication from his side whether it was before or after office hours. He was always there to help me out. What he brings to the table, aside from his knowledge and skill, is genuine care for your clients and property. Whenever I asked him for anything, I got a response the same day. Piyush was very helpful. Even during the floods he kept my partner and I updated on the house. We were going to look elsewhere as we had waited for five months, however Piyush looked after us so well that we decided to wait until the house was ready.

Piyush did an excellent job of keeping us informed about our property calling about any repairs that the property required and prioritising the repair items. At the same time, Piyush did a routine inspection of the property and sent us the report. He was very helpful in getting the quotation from Healthy Homes and sending me the photos which can help us to increase the rental per week. Currently, the bathroom renovation work is going on and I hope he will do as good a job as he did in the past with Healthy Homes work. Also, during the recent floods, he was always available to help and informed the tenants as well as the landlords. He is a true asset to us, as a landlord, as well as to your business. We've had a Property Manager from Barfoot & Thompson for our rental property for over five years now. Property Managers have come and gone but now that Piyush Odedra has started, we finally feel we have good communication about our rental. We were not aware about the tenants being in rent arrears for a year, however Piyush informed us with proper communication and a reason. He also brought the rent arrears completely to zero. He has already exceeded our expectations for what a Property Manager can do. We are very happy with this level of service.

This home in Ponsonby was an absolute dream to live in. Aside from the property itself being gorgeous and low maintenance, the location was also ideal - with Ripe, Farros, Cox’s Bay and Ponsonby Road all within easy walking distance. Piyush, the Barfoot & Thompson Grey Lynn Property Manager, was incredibly accommodating and attentive. Nothing was ever a problem, even during COVID lockdowns.
