About Richard Ho

Richards's qualifications include;

• Bachelor in Construction Management (Melbourne),
• Diploma in Building (Singapore),
• Certificate in Fire Engineering (Singapore).

Richard has had several years' experience in the property management of prestigious private residential estates, apartments and a large commercial retail complex in Singapore. He has provided quantity surveyor services for a large construction company both in Singapore and New Zealand over many years. His focus on control of budgets, building costs and knowledge of building trades adds to his abilities and skill base in managing properties in his new position with Barfoot & Thompson Commercial Property Management.

Richard provides dedicated customer services, accomplishing all tasks assigned to him with positive results.
