With a property degree, valuation qualification and some thirty years' experience in the NZ property sector, I am in a position to advise clients on the best way to maximise property values and how to achieve the results they are looking for.
I obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree majoring in Urban Valuation and Property Management from Massey University. My studies continued and I qualified as a registered valuer and senior member of the NZ Institute of Valuers.
My working life began as a senior valuer with Knight Frank. In my role I located and negotiated the lease of new cell site locations for Vodafone NZ. It was in this position that I realised how much I enjoyed the face-to-face contact with clients. It led me down the path to property sales.
I moved to the international property company JLL specialising in industrial and commercial property sales and leasing and received their highest earner award in 2010.
In 2013, I was asked to join Todd Property Group as their sales manager advising on property matters including disposal and acquisition of property holdings throughout New Zealand. After five years with the company I was appointed as an Associate Director at Savills NZ, working in the capital markets team specialising in commercial and industrial sales and leasing.
As you can see, commercial property sales and leasing is my specialty.
In 2018, I was asked to join one of New Zealand's iconic real estate companies Barfoot & Thompson as a senior sales and leasing negotiator specialising in the sale of commercial property sales in Auckland.
