Tim did a good job taking care of my rental unit in Mt Eden for 18 years.

Tim communicates promptly with any concerns and also, if Tim's away, he makes someone else available.

Tim Werry is a great property manager. He communicates appropriately and in a timely manner. He also handles requests from tenants very well and helps sort out any repairs/changes.
