When it comes to my work, I have a people-first mindset, always!

Real estate is not just about property; it’s about helping people, whether they’re buying their first home, upsizing or making a smart investment, I enjoy being a part of their journey. I love the energy, and the opportunity to make a real difference. I’m approachable, hardworking and I genuinely care about helping my clients make the right decisions. My ability to build trust and stay calm under pressure makes the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

When meeting with clients, I think what keeps me on my toes is my commitment to continuous growth. I regularly attend industry workshops and keeping up-to-date on market trends contributes to high productivity; I’m always striving to be a top sales performer. My keenness for learning and sharing my knowledge means I can update my clients at every stage of the process.

I have a Level 5 qualification in IT and also a LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification). I’ve had a varied career prior to real estate; I spent eight or so years with Vodafone before taking up a role with Autolife’s mechanical Breakdown Insurance NZ Cover (MBI) just prior to joining Barfoot & Thompson.

Auckland's unique geographical position means you can live in a large city with great cafés, restaurants and bars, excellent theatres, galleries and museums and terrific shopping and still be close to stunning beaches and nature walks. Papatoetoe is home – it’s where I grew up and completed my studies – I know the schools, the streets and the people.

I’m a devoted husband and father to our two energetic young boys and most weekends we spend at the beach - playing games with the kids and giving Jimmy, our beautiful Husky, a run. Running and the gym keep me active and I support the local Sikh temple.

As well as English I speak Punjabi.
