With over two years of experience as the Property Management Administrator at Barfoot & Thompson Stonefields, I have successfully managed the processing of bills, invoicing and arrears, while overseeing a range of administrative duties. I pride myself on my great communication skills, and can-do attitude.

Now, looking after healthy homes compliance for the property management team, I am dedicated to ensuring adherence to the Healthy Homes standards. These standards are vital for promoting safe, warm and healthy living environments across New Zealand. I prioritise the needs of our landlords by facilitating access to trusted tradespeople for maintenance, ensuring their properties are well cared for.

Additionally, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Auckland. The legal, analytical and reasoning skills I’ve gained, have helped significantly in this people-orientated position – then there is also Barfoot & Thompson in-house training, which has equipped me with a broad understanding of this sector.

I am committed to providing great service, and any necessary guidance; my goal is to ensure all our landlords’ properties not only comply with regulations but also offer quality living for our tenants.
