As a Property Manager with Barfoot & Thompson Mission Bay, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for both tenants and property owners.

My career journey began in retail, where I honed my skills in customer relations, problem-solving, and managing diverse client needs. More than 16 years in this sector provided me with experience and expertise. Building on this foundation, I moved into the Property Management field, where I leveraged my client-focussed approach to enhance tenant satisfaction and boost operational efficiency.

For the past two and a half years, I have been working with subcontractors for Housing NZ, overseeing rental property maintenance. This has provided me with invaluable insights into property upkeep, maintenance coordination, effective communication and how compliance with housing standards has been instrumental in maintaining high-quality living environments.

In addition, I spent two years at Barfoot & Thompson as an office administrator, where I gained substantial knowledge of the property industry developing my understanding of real estate processes, administrative functions, and the importance of meticulous record-keeping.

As a result of this background, I am now perfectly placed to manage residential properties with a focus on tenant satisfaction, efficient operations, and adherence to industry best practice.
