This year under the guidance of Tracey, City Rentals won the REINZ award for medium size Property Management Office of the Year. The award is based on 3 criteria:
Arrears - City Rentals arrears of 0.86 percent are consistently the lowest in the Company of 65 Barfoot & Thompson Branches. This is unheard of in such a large portfolio.
Vacancy Rates - this is calculated by the number of days a property is vacant and then given a percentage by the number of properties in the portfolio. Our average is 5.6 percent which is also extremely low.
Growth - the growth aspect of the business is based on what percentage of growth the business has seen and with our Property Management team performing so well over all aspects of the business we have seen considerable growth year over year through repeat and referral business.
