#7 Property Management Team Overall, to end March 2025

As a Property Manager at Barfoot & Thompson Highland Park, finding a place for people to call home gives me a real sense of achievement. Being a property owner myself back home in China and here in New Zealand, I have a lot of ideas about caring for rentals; I know what clients are looking for and what is important to them. I earned the trust of many of our owners while working at Panmure branch for a short period of time.

Seven years in luxury retail and also seven years in HR, at a Top 500 Fortune company was where I honed my customer service skills, so important in the property management sector.

It feels good to work for a company with a people-oriented culture and I admire their commitment to giving back to the community. Whether it’s sponsoring events, supporting sports teams, or helping community organisations, Barfoot & Thompson loves to play a part in making Auckland a great place to work and live.

Auckland is my second home and I like everything about it – the people, the weather and the fact that it is very community-oriented. I’ve been living and working in East Auckland for seven years now so I have a good overall understanding of the types of property available and the different areas for people to settle in.

Also, for entertainment there are many different kinds of activities to choose from so there is always something new to explore and enjoy.

Including English, I speak Mandarin and I’ve learned over time that positive energy attracts a good result. We’re a great team here at Barfoot & Thompson Highland Park. We’re here to help!
