I cannot speak highly enough about our engagement and interactions with Feri, regarding the sale of the property. She went over and above our expectations of what salespeople do (we have previously sold a few houses). She was a pleasure to work with. 

We realised this would not be an easy sale as I was acting as executor of my brother's estate and we did not live in the house or in Auckland. There were things that needed to be done and things that were difficult for us to follow up on as we lived in Tauranga (despite countless trips to and from Auckland) and particularly after a burglary to the property which left damage that had to be followed up with the insurance company. Feri never hesitated to be accessible for the tradespeople coming to the house and communicating with them as needed. She put herself out on a number of occasions to accommodate people and went out of her way to sort out arrangements with other tradespeople when things were needed, such as new locks for the house.

We so appreciate her willingness to work with us and others, and the professional and warm way she communicates with all. We also very much appreciated the sound advice, suggestions and guidance that she gave us all the way through the number of offers and counter-offers we have been through.

I walked into Barfoot & Thompson West Harbour branch and Feri welcomed me with a big warm smile. At our first meeting, Feri asked me a few questions to understand my buying need. It was brief but very efficient. Later I came to know that this is Feri, kind, patient yet professional and efficient. And she knows her stuff. A couple of days later Feri found some properties that she would like to show me, and that was to help her to understand my taste and need better. She is also very considerate. She came to pick me up at my place and prepared me a pack of snacks and water. In the meantime, she explained the market and the pros and cons of the properties. During the whole process I felt well-respected and looked after. I could sense she genuinely wanted to find a suitable property that I feel happy with. Not long after that, Feri sent me a list of properties that she would like to show me because she had a better understanding of my need and I could sense the properties she has selected this time targeted my need very well.
