Steven and Laura were very nice and approachable. They are quick to respond to customer queries. I remember asking Steven about documents required by Kainga Ora for our first home grant. He immediately sent them to me so I could submit the documents before deadline and I'm happy to say the grant was used as part of our 10% deposit.

We really appreciate all the efforts they extended to us from the time we made the first offer up to the time that the S&P agreement was declared unconditional.
