Jade Kim was a really capable salesperson. She planned everything very well and did it accurately. She always made her clients smile and had positive thoughts.

Even though the real estate market is in a bad situation these days, she worked hard, so she had good results. Selling a rental property in this market can be quite difficult and stressful. But it was such a pleasure working with Jade Kim to sell my property in Flat Bush.

Initially, I was not sure which salesperson to work with from Barfoot & Thompson. I have listed this property through other agents in 2018 and 2021 but unable to achieve the desired outcome.
