I know how important it is for a seller to have a salesperson who cares about their property and is considerate of them. I do genuinely care! I can recommend stagers, building inspectors, plumbers, builders, tilers, architects, electricians, lawyers etc who I have personally worked with for many years on my own properties.

Also, I make a point of keeping up with market trends in my area so I know my sellers target market. I design carefully tailored marketing campaigns to maximise returns.

Being a great communicator, together with knowledge of the market and considerable industry expertise definitely enhances my role.

Having lived on the North Shore in Auckland for the past 20 years, where I've bought, sold, and renovated homes, I have a solid grasp of this area. Raising my three boys here has also shown me that where you live affects your lifestyle. This insight helps me connect with clients and prioritise their needs.

My background in Early Childhood Education, where patience and compassion were part of the daily routine, has been a big part of shaping who I am. Also, as a Homestay parent, it’s been a joy to welcome people from different backgrounds into my home.
