He worked with each and left no stone unturned and didn't dismiss any buyer as irrelevant. He personally followed up with them prior to auction to make sure the maximum number of buyers were present and interest remained keen. Selling a house can be stressful at the best of times, let alone doing it in this new age with the restrictions and uncertainties in place.
