Grant and Michelle were very pleasant and helpful throughout the process which as it turned out was in a difficult market. They came to my home to sign up the contract and went over every detail to make sure I was happy with the proposed process. They also gave me great advice on how to present my home to ensure it was viewed in the best light possible which included giving me suggestions about local services.

Communication was excellent during the process and I did not feel rushed which allowed me to select dates suitable for me in terms of open homes and the actual auction. They went over and above with the open homes to capture buyers attending other nearby open homes, which meant I had a great number of people through.

Grant and Michelle delivered beautiful flowers before the first open home which made the house look warm and welcoming. I am aware that they delivered brochures and pamphlets locally and put together an excellent marketing plan.

They worked very hard following up on prospective buyers which culminated in a successful sale on auction day where many other homes were passed in.
