Prior to joining Barfoot & Thompson, I had several years’ experience in the accounting and marketing field. These roles provided me with skills that range from pinpoint accuracy to creating cutting-edge marketing campaigns. Constantly committed to self-improvement, I undertake regular training to update these skills.
I have lived in New Zealand for more than 20 years, so I consider myself a ‘Kiwi Chinese’. Having the ability to understand both cultures is a strong advantage when dealing with clients across all nationalities. Multilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, I am able to communicate with a wide variety of potential vendors, buyers and investors. Much of my business comes from my already existing wide network of clients, built over the years from when, together with my husband, I ran a hotel in Auckland CBD. My loyal database is testament to how easy I make the buying and selling process, my reputation as a consummate professional, and my in-depth knowledge of my local area.
I live in Mt Eden and pride myself on the trust that I have built in the community. My two daughters have grown up in the area. Many of their friends live in the area too, which makes for lots of happy times.
