A high energy approach to real estate is our signature style. Enthusiastic and committed, we have lived in Howick for over 25 years and consequently have a high level of in-depth local knowledge. With over 20 years real estate experience together we are a formidable team.
Before coming to New Zealand, Raymond practiced as a gemmologist specialising in diamond grading in Hong Kong for many years. His thoroughness and precision which stems from his professional training is evident when he markets homes. I started my career as an administrative secretary in Hong Kong before moving to New Zealand in 1992 and I spent many years working locally in various sales and marketing roles in Auckland.
As a team we enjoy the constant interaction with people, the excitement of negotiations and helping people move on to the next phase of their lives. We enjoy being a bridge and navigating people through the process of finding their dream home or selling their most valuable asset for an outstanding price. We are excellent communicators who are passionate about getting every sale across the line with the highest level of skill and professionalism.
