June 2018 rental report

Find out how the average rent for different-sized Auckland properties has changed over the past year.

  • Rents in Auckland continue to increase at a steady pace of 3.9% per annum.
  • West Auckland has outperformed other areas with an annual increase of 5.8%.
  • The Eastern Suburbs and Pakuranga/Howick have the lowest rate of change at 2.9% and 2.2% respectively.
