For me, real estate is not just about property, it’s about connections with people. Building strong relationships takes time. I don’t just have a database of clients; I also have a database of contractors, interior designers and painters – you name it, if you’re selling, I have the contacts you need to prepare your property for the market.

For the past 15 years, I was a healthcare professional at Middlemore Hospital. As with real estate, it is a role that is all about caring for people. I’m proud to say I was nominated and received a Counties Manukau Local Hero award – an initiative designed to recognise and reward staff members who others feel have gone above and beyond in their service to other staff members, patients and their whanau.
