We had been trying to sell the house for two and half years. The house was on the market three times with different salespeople/agencies, but it wasn’t sold. That led us to frustration.

Clara and Armin started working with us from March 2020. They explained the market status, how they work and what the marketing approach would look like. We immediately felt the confidence to go ahead. But after that we had the lockdown period for Covid. So, the marketing was stopped but they contacted us from time to time to update the status and kept us engaged throughout. That kept us motivated and confident.

And after the lockdown period the house went to the market and was sold within a week through a pre-auction offer. And the price was what we expected.
