When a client is selling their property, my job is to plan strategically and craft a specific marketing programme to ensure a great experience and optimal results. I use my negotiating skills so that both parties are satisfied with the outcome. This has proved to be a great foundation for building strong and long-lasting relationships. With every client I’m committed to providing honest appraisals, well-researched market advice and effective communication that is both friendly and respectful.

Previously I was a Civil Engineer, and my job involved addressing challenges in both urban and rural infrastructures. My Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering has given me the practical and theoretical skills to help create, improve and protect buildings and natural environments. These skills carry over perfectly to my real estate career. When looking at properties with my clients I can give them considered advice that enables them to make informed decisions.

Since 1995, I’ve been living in Bucklands Beach and I just love it. I love the people, the community vibe, the beautiful beaches and fantastic schools – all close to everything you could need as a family. I raised my own family here, and have lots of happy memories – volunteering at my children’s school activities was a great way to get to know my neighbours, and find out what makes a little seaside town like this one tick.

Life outside of work for me is family. My children are grown up now and I have two beautiful grandchildren, 5-year old Jad and 15-month old Mia and I spend as much time as I can with them – I have a daily running routine, just so I can keep up! And if you’re familiar with the stairs at Eastern Beach, 116 of them, I do those every day too. Most locals know me as ‘the stairs man’!
