"Grant stood out from the very beginning when interviewing agents for selling our apartment he just seemed to want the business that little bit more, and convinced me he'd give all his attention and efforts to getting the job done. Within 24 hours of contacting him, he made time for an appointment and had prepared some really useful research on the state of the local market, as well as the history of sales in my particular apartment complex. While providing me with a prompt valuation of my apartment, this extra information allowed me to objectively consider his advice, which at no point appeared to "over sell" the situation. I am delighted to recommend Grant and Ann as a great real estate team. They recently sold my house in Takapuna after less than three weeks' marketing and I can only say they both made the process as easy as it could be, right from the beginning. After talking to various Real Estate agents in the Birkenhead/Northcote area we opted to use Grant and Steve market the property.
