We purchased a house through Linda in April 2018. My partner and I are currently in the midst of an OE in London but we were back in New Zealand over the summer to catch up with our families. While we weren't yet actively looking for a home, we thought we would just have a look to see what was in the market.
We determined an area of Auckland that we liked and then got in touch with a number of real estate agents. After speaking and meeting with several real estate agents, we were feeling slightly disheartened until we encountered Linda who was truly a class above.
Linda brought our attention to a whole new area that we weren't even aware of with a home that wasn't yet on the market - we instantly fell in love with the property.
Then, with no pressuring or pushing like you would get from other agents, Linda allowed us to take some time to think about our decision but still answered any questions we had regarding the home in a prompt fashion.
What was extraordinary was when we decided to make an offer on the home (which we only knew about because of Linda's inside knowledge) we had actually returned to London. This wasn't a problem as Linda facilitated the whole purchasing process like we were still in the country. Finally, Linda then managed to settle an agreement whereby the former owners would rent the home off us, a perfect arrangement given we were not in the country as it saved us the hassle of having to find trustworthy tenants.
