I have five rules when dealing with my clients.
i) At the start, it’s all about connection. Every client has their own story and listening and taking note of their unique circumstances is the beginning of the journey with me.
ii) Understanding what it is my clients want to achieve. Is it a first home, are you upsizing or downsizing? Is there a budget and a timeframe I need to be aware of?
iii) I need to know what you need. Where do you want to live? Do you need to be near schools and the usual amenities that families need.
iv) You can trust me. Once your journey begins with me, you can trust that I will take into account, your unique circumstances and plan for the outcome you are looking for.
v) The last rule ensures that you end up exactly where you want to be and that you are satisfied with the outcome.
