We have both been successfully listing and selling real estate for the last 20 years. I have been successfully listing and selling properties for the last 24 years. My success has been built around demonstrating a desire to achieve the very best results for my clients. My communication skills are also a major factor as I believe selling your home is a big decision and therefore you need to be kept informed on issues such as marketing and long-term buyer interest.
As a resident of Mangawhai, I have a strong knowledge of the market to share with you. My personal experience buying and selling property, gives me first-hand knowledge of the rewards property can bring as well as an extensive insight into the industry. I own a lifestyle property and manage my own rental properties.
I also have experience in successfully renovating and building properties. This experience means I can work with you to maximise the appeal and presentation of your home.

We are two elderly folk, and having present and future medical and surgery problems, we placed our one hectare property on the market. The property had a house, garage, many different fruit trees, and four bare land paddocks with stock. Not familiar with selling a property we engaged a real estate salesperson. We genuinely felt their appraisal was too low. By chance we then engaged a real estate salesperson who lived further down the road but was unknown to us. This real estate salesperson is Tonya. From the initial meeting we were thrilled with our choice as Tonya was loyal, totally knew her business, most helpful, and completely dedicated to selling our property. Within three to four weeks Tonya had found a buyer for us, at a more realistic price. Also we both had to go to Auckland Hospital for two weeks, and in that time she did extra work on our behalf, which we did appreciate.
