Over the past 15 years, I’ve developed a proven ability to find the right buyers and close deals - skills first honed in my early 20’s while working in direct sales across New Zealand and Australia. During three years in door-to-door marketing, I led a team of 32 sales reps while consistently ranking among the top five salespeople nationally. That experience instilled in me a simple truth: success doesn’t come to those who wait - it comes to those who go out and make it happen.

I’ve carried that mentality into a successful career in property investment, governance, and development. For over a decade, I’ve been involved in both commercial and industrial property both personally and through governance of a family business focused on investment and development. I’ve built a strong, diversified portfolio and developed a sharp eye for value, negotiation, and long- term opportunity.
