Steven and Laura were very nice and approachable. They are quick to respond to customer queries. I remember asking Steven about documents required by Kainga Ora for our first home grant. He immediately sent them to me so I could submit the documents before deadline and I'm happy to say the grant was used as part of our 10% deposit.

We really appreciate all the efforts they extended to us from the time we made the first offer up to the time that the S&P agreement was declared unconditional. We had so many calls from real estate salespeople asking to list, and offering incentives to save $k and up on selling costs.  But we instead called you and did not negotiate, false economy as saving $5k on sales costs vs final proceeds via yourselves ... well who knows, cannot quantify, on the end result!  So great.
