Sophie was efficient and confident with the paperwork and the administration required, and very pleasant to work with. I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service that you provided to my daughter and her partner throughout the due-diligence and pre-sales process of the property at 1/20 O’Donn.  While Natalie and Sam were very disappointed to have missed out in this property at auction, it was some comfort to them that the eventual sale price was so exceptionally high that they had no hope of purchasing. (It would have been much harder for them, I think, if they’d missed out only by a few thousand dollars.)
