Sales have always been an integral part of my career from the very beginning and require an abundant set of adaptive skills that are forever changing and developing. As a born salesperson, real estate has always been the ultimate goal in my career, resonating the unique traits and skills I have expanded on over the years.
My career started as a salesperson in New Zealand's largest computer and IT retail store. I then moved into car sales and now am in real estate. There is a vast array of skills required for a salesperson, ranging from ordinary communication to understanding ethnic backgrounds of customers and I have developed, widened and expanded over my career history. These especially include, but are not limited to, product knowledge, rapport-building, active listening, time management and post-sales relationships. I achieved NZQA Level V and VII in computing and have my National Certificate in Real Estate. Being fluent in Chinese, Mandarin and English is definitely an advantage. I am able to adapt, alter and customise my communication skills to accommodate individual needs, allowing the development of quality relationships with customers establishing long-term bonds.

I love that Hobsonville is currently the fastest developing area in Auckland, with huge potential and continually expanding and improving. I see Hobsonville not only as a massive housing subdivision but also as a complete community with full amenities. Frankly, I want to be a part of this future plan and take pride in the part that I play.
I haven't built or renovated my own home or had a lifestyle block yet but it is definitely on a must-do list planned for the near future.
I consider one of my biggest achievements in life is reaching the goal of top sales in my branch in New Zealand's largest computer and IT retail company and continuously maintaining top three sales thereafter.
I believe that I have the ability to establish quality, long-term relationships with my clients with honesty and trust which is what I always strive for. Seeing the happiness on the faces of buyers and sellers after a successful sale or purchase makes me feel proud.
