My wife and I were looking around for a house in Flatbush, as our family was growing and we needed our kids to go to Ormiston School. While looking around, we met real estate salesperson Tavneet Kaur, at an open home. Tavneet toured us around that property but it was bit out of our budget. She asked us what our budget was and what type of property we were interested in. From then Tavneet was our tour guide. Tavneet started showing us house’s within our budget. She spent a couple of weekends showing the properties and even if any new listings came she called and asked if we wanted to view it. Tavneet has been also quite flexible with timings as we couldn’t always meet up on time. We were losing bit of hope on finding a house that met our requirements and then one day, late in the afternoon she tells us that a property has closing time of 8pm on that evening and asked us if we would like to view it. We weren’t that keen but thought we'd give it a go. We were looking at the negative side of the property but Tavneet told us benefits of the property being closer to upcoming malls, price being under the CV and in future the value of the property will be more than what we invest today. We agreed with her and put in an offer. Tavneet and the team kept us updated about the negotiation with the vendor and also convinced the vendor to accept our offer over the other offer. Being so kind and helpful, Tavneet also brought us a gift for our new home. My wife and I are very thankful to her for the support she has provided us during this time.
