I have been a licenced real estate salesperson, predominantly commercial and tourism, for over 20 years in the Paihia area so when it came time to sell our home I knew the best policy was to use an salesperson. I also knew there was only one salesperson that I would entrust this task to and that was Tonya. I have watched Tonya develop as a salesperson and worked with her over the years and to me there was, quite simply, no other choice. Tonya managed to keep her real estate hat on through the process and for the most part I was treated like any vendor. Believe you me that's not easy to do. Tonya dished out the reality when it was needed and she fully appreciated that sometimes being on the inside looking out, even for an experienced salesperson, can be challenging. Tonya is a brilliant salesperson, very professional, hardworking and also a very lovely person.

We are two elderly folk, and having present and future medical and surgery problems, we placed our one hectare property on the market.
