We first met Effie at an open home in Remuera - she was very knowledgeable, positive and helpful in providing information required to purchase; she went over and above to meet with us and answer any questions. As such, we entrusted the sale of our rental property in Rothesay Bay to her and again she was very helpful and guided us through the process.
