"Selina sold two of my properties this year, both are city apartments and both were sold during the Covid 19 pandemic. While it is truly difficult to sell at this time, Selina somehow managed to make a sale. What makes her unique as a salesperson is that she was able to minimize the stress of selling for the seller. Selina is not only good at selling, but she also has the correct attitude to deal with sellers. This is a trait not held by most salespeople I have encountered over the years. Her demeanour is polite and respectful to others, she is compassionate to the worries of the sellers and tries to assist/solve issues all the way up to settlement. She has proven that to make a sale a salesperson does not need to lie to sellers, force sellers to sign offers, criticize the property to the seller in order to put down the selling price, be disrespectful to sellers verbally or in writing, and other such unprofessional actions just in order to make a sale.
