Geraldine Ling sold our house the other day. She is such an amazing, born with talent, attention to detail agent. I asked Geraldine Ling from Barfoot & Thompson, to a find property North of Auckland city. The parameters were $600k to $700k, three bedrooms, car parking, peaceful, quiet neighbourhood and in very good repair.

Geraldine reported to me at regular intervals by phone and by the time I came North to have a look, she had selected three properties for me to have a look at. I was very impressed with the effort she had gone to, having all the reports and times arranged for me to view.
