I love, and am passionate about real estate. For me, it is not just a job but it is who I am and what I am about. I find it so rewarding helping people with one of the most important assets in their lifetime. For clients who prefer to speak in their native language, my ability to speak English and Mandarin increases the reach of their campaign. I have also built up a wide network of contacts and connections with local developers. This is something that greatly benefits my clients.

I'm always up for a challenge, whether in my personal or my professional life. When I set myself a goal, I do whatever it takes to achieve it. I apply this drive and commitment to real estate.

I believe treating people with respect, being transparent and also a good listener is essential to achieving success. I use my sense of humour to lessen the tensions that can often arise when dealing with property transactions.
