I have a real passion for real estate, and whether my clients are buying or selling, helping them achieve their property goals is what keeps me motivated every day.

My approach is to always listen closely, to discover what people are looking for. For buyers, I first need to understand their needs, i.e., their budget, situation and location - and for sellers, once I know what they expect from a sale I can focus on a tailored marketing plan. Clear communication, transparency and an attentive service is what I’m known for.

Before coming to real estate, I enjoyed five successful years in the car industry. Selling cars you need to be friendly, helpful and honest – as this puts people at ease and helps them make informed decisions. I bring the same qualities to my role today.

After moving to the Shore in 2017, I knew immediately that it was where I wanted to be. Beautiful sandy beaches, family-friendly neighbourhoods and some of Auckland’s best cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities - the perfect place for me to live, relax and explore.

Including English, I speak Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese and Bahasa Melayu.
