As a buyer, from my first visit to their open home at Magic Way, Randwick Park they made me feel welcome and answered each and every question. They followed up over the next couple of days to ensure I understood my rights, what I was buying and protected me by explaining every point in the contract before auction day. On auction day I was at work, Yugal was my representative by phone. He explained the steps and was with me until the auction closed.

Because I'd bought a new home I needed to sell my own home on Senator Drive, Manurewa. They negotiated the date of settlement which gave me enough time to sell my home and they found a buyer who bought my house at auction even though the market was slowing down.

As a vendor, during the process of selling my house I was worried that my home would not sell and I wouldn't meet the settlement date for my new property. Our realtor Dave Singh helped us find the right house in the good neighbourhood for the good price. Dave would investigate the property by doing methodological inspection, looking for signs of problems and looking for the quality of construction etc. and only when he confidently feels its a good fit for us, he would take us to view the property, which was really impressive as he would have had answers to most of our questions by then.

The best part about working with Dave was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.

Happy new year to you and yours.

Past few weeks, we have been enjoying the company of our loved ones in our home. Generally, we used to travel abroad at this time of year, but this year, due to COVID travel restrictions and budget restraints after buying the property, we planned to spend holidays at our new home, which we have done to the fullest.

I was sitting on my couch and realized that the most important thing we as a family enjoy is hosting our friends and colleagues in the absence of close family who all live abroad. Previously we use to struggle because of the size of the property. But that was not the case this year, all thanks to you and our mortgage broker.

But this email, I would like to thank you personally on behalf of our whole family, that you made the entire process so much easier, from searching houses that fit our criteria, arranging a viewing at off timings (will not forget 1 am viewing), and finally helping with making the deal.
