For me, real estate is all about connection. I love meeting people, hearing the stories behind their homes, and truly understanding what matters most to them. Whether I’m helping someone say goodbye to a place they’ve loved or guiding a buyer toward their next chapter, I’m there for the whole journey.
Originally from the USA, I moved to New Zealand in 2000 with my Kiwi husband. Over the years, I’ve worked across a variety of customer-focused roles, from managing a fine jewellery store in the States to working for a Super Yacht company in Whangarei and running my own clothing outlet in Silverdale. This broad background has taught me how to relate to people from all walks of life and to always deliver service with warmth, professionalism and integrity.
I’ve lived on and managed large lifestyle blocks in the Riverhead and Coatesville areas for over 12 years. This gives me real, hands-on knowledge when it comes to lifestyle properties, from grazing animals to fencing, pasture types and weed control. I also have a wide network of trusted contacts for lifestyle block maintenance, which I’m always happy to share with clients.

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about horses and have owned them for more than 25 years here in New Zealand. I currently have three and love spending time riding and caring for them. I’m also an avid runner. I’ve completed many half marathons and you’ll often see me running through Coatesville with my German Shorthaired Pointer, Enzo!
