Born in China, I moved to New Zealand in 2011. After obtaining my Marketing degree, I spent five years in residential property management and 1.5 years in construction project management. This is where I learned the ropes of real estate and honed my skills. It was a perfect preparation for my move into residential sales.
In addition to providing an excellent hands-on understanding of the property cycle from construction right through to purchase and investment, I have also been recognised with awards both internally within Barfoot & Thompson and at national level for my excellence in the property management field. These often overlooked skills allow me to communicate confidently with buyers of various backgrounds and ensure they connect emotionally with properties, which in turn leads to a better sale price for my clients.
Aided by my marketing background, I took the step into the luxury fashion industry in the past, working with both international and local brands such as Mercedes-Benz, T Galleria by DFS, and H&M. This allowed me unrivalled access to an exclusive network of clientele within the luxury goods related industry.
