Real estate is about building long-term relationships with people, and my aim as a salesperson is to be a trusted adviser to my clients, supporting them not only with their current real estate needs, but throughout their lifetime.
I’m based at Barfoot & Thompson Manurewa. The branch has a strong community presence supporting local sports clubs and local schools and from the moment I joined the team, it was clear that the company’s IT, Marketing and Sponsorship departments together with the world class training department set the stage for success for all.
Personally, I also believe that success is built on a foundation of trust. I’m a good listener, and early on in my career I learned the value of exemplary communication skills. I never let a problem get the better of me and my strong negotiation skills have very often sealed the deal.
My qualifications in computing are of real benefit when presenting my clients’ property to the market. I have a Health & Wellbeing qualification too – it keeps me strong and able to face daily challenges. Finally, I also have a baking and cooking qualification to Level 5. I studied a range of skills in advanced patisserie techniques, including how to make artisan breads, pastries, tarts, gateaux and more. (Feel free to ask me for tips!)
Most of the people I know live in Manurewa and over the time I’ve lived in the area I’ve accumulated extensive local market knowledge.
Time away from work means I am able to go off-roading in my jeep – I also love to read articles about all sorts of topics.
Including English, I speak Hindi and Punjabi. No matter what heights I reach in my career, I remain humble and honest. If you’re looking for that special place to call home, I’d love to help you and if you’re selling, I’ll put on my marketing cap! Call me at Barfoot & Thompson Manurewa and we’ll get started.
