Buying my house through PD was a great decision. Before meeting PD, I looked at many houses and spent lot of money in carrying out due diligence on those. Most of the houses I looked at would fail drug test and I was getting quite frustrated. When I met PD he understood my needs and troubles that I have been through in the past. He worked really hard to find us a drug free property at a good price range for us. He would regularly send us new listings and follow up with us and really worked with us and moved us forward in getting us this new home in our price range. We highly recommend him to others.
