Expert advice, professional service, negotiating skills, local market knowledge
With over 20 years experience selling real estate in Auckland, May To has a wealth of knowledge on the property market. She has become well recognised as a salesperson who works hard to achieve client satisfaction and in doing so has built a strong repeat and referral business.
May moved to New Zealand as a refugee from South Vietnam in 1980 and completed her education at Mt. Roskill Grammar School. She later moved on to attain a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University before gaining her AREINZ qualifications.
May’s ability to deliver accurate and informed advice is complemented by her genuine desire to help clients and her commitment to honesty and integrity. Being able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese and excellent English has also ensured her success by enabling her to work with a wide variety of people.
As an active part of the community, May is a member of the Lions Club of Auckland Chinese. May also finds time for her love of fishing, singing, reading and playing scrabble.
“We found May to be a very professional and knowledgeable [salesperson]. Right from the start, we felt that she was very committed and passionate about selling our property and in helping us achieve our personal outcomes and this inspired a high level of confidence in us. May truly understands what good customer service is all about as she consistently kept us informed, promptly followed up on any queries we had and took time to meet us whenever we requested. May is very good at what she does and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and results driven [salesperson] to sell their property.”Alok Dutta
“As landlords who had seen more than one transaction made and having had the opportunity to deal with a number of real estate [salespeople], we can say categorically that May has been the most diligent, friendly and hard working [salesperson] we had the pleasure to meet. May’s language, communication and negotiation skills allowed her to deal with a variety of people involved with this sale, and all these people spoke different languages and were on very different social, business and age levels. May communicated perfectly with everyone at their own level.”Mark Wolf
“May’s fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and Vietnamese is a great help to me and my circle of friends. She is honest, hard working, always pleasant, has a genuine desire to help and willing to go the extra mile. It has been a pleasure working with May and I have no hesitation in recommending her to my family, friends and associates.”Mr. Liu
