We first engaged Pier about a year ago, when trying to find our first home. Pier made the process really simple for a first home buyer and went over and beyond for us. In January 2023, we contacted Steve Bristow and Pier Viganoni of Birkenhead Barfoot & Thompson to discuss selling our house. In our first meeting it was agreed that it was much better to seek CCC compliance rather than sell our property on an “as is” basis. They recommended a building consultant and a construction company to complete the required work. We have no doubt that the compliance process was greatly smoothed by their recommendations.

We were very happy with the promotion of our property.
