The real estate industry is unique. I am an independent person and I enjoy working in my own business, helping to create a future for my clients. What I love about it, is that it offers me the opportunity to interact with people from different backgrounds with different goals. The competitive and welcoming culture of Barfoot & Thompson, adds to my fascination of the industry.
I gained a Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Auckland University in 2008 and worked as an accounts clerk for a year. For the next four years I was a sales representative for Kiwi Experience where learned a lot and had lots of fun. As you can see, sales have featured strongly in my career, along with excellent communication skills. I worked as a loan sales manager at a commercial bank in China for four years and then my brother and I founded and ran a trading company where I was the sales manager for two years. I feel very proud to have been a part of such a venture and that the company is still going strong!
The Epsom community is a special suburb. I have lived there since I was 17 and I appreciate the culture and the generations of Kiwis, who have managed to build their suburb into a diverse and welcoming community.
Reading books, watching movies and spending time with family, are just some of the things I love to do when I'm not working.
