It was a long negotiation and Hermes gave very welcome assistance to me in negotiating with the vendor. He worked tirelessly with both parties to get to the agreed price. Also, his assistance in making sure items in the building report were remediated was much appreciated. It was more than just a sale and purchase - Hermes made sure the needs of both parties were met.
