Following a lifelong interest in property, in 2013 I made a move to real estate and since then my career has gone from success to success.

After just two months in the business, I marketed and sold my first property for $2.46M. At the time, the sale was so impressive that it was published in the New Zealand Herald. My next sale of $2.12M was also a remarkable achievement considering the property had a CV of $740,000.

I chose to work in real estate purely because of my passion for the industry.

Much of my success can be put down to an impressive skill set that I’d built up throughout my previous careers. I have a Bachelor of Law, a Diploma in IT, and have worked in accounting for several years.

Hardworking, diligent and detail-oriented, I am an expert at putting together cutting-edge marketing packages and negotiating the best outcome for my clients. My ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin gives me access to a wide network of buyers and vendors.  I aim to understand my clients’ needs and deliver exceptional service.

Renovating my own property and investing in my own portfolio has given me first-hand experience of the pressures involved. I aim to minimise the stress for my clients whilst maximising the potential outcome.

In my spare time, I can often be found reading books about architectural design and interior design - just another aspect I love about property!
