Great Experience. An experience that led from an accidental turn to leading us and helping us with our first home. I'd like to take this time to thank you. I am out of words to express my appreciation for all that you have done for us the past few weeks.

Stan Yee recently listed and worked on the sale of property for me in East Auckland. I found him to have a good knowledge of the current market conditions. As part of a conjoint arrangement with a second estate salesperson, Stan helped with the purchase of my home. I would like to give mention, praise and deep gratitude for one of your real estate salespeople, Stan Yee. Stan has been on a long journey since February 2021, with my younger brother Allan. It all began when my brother decided it was time to move back up to Auckland. He had been living in Hunua for the last seven years. With Stan Yee's help the home was listed and ready for sale in Hunua. We received the LIM report, and were shocked to find that the house did not have a Code of Compliance Certificate! The house went to Auction and was sold but in the end had to be withdrawn because of lack of CCC. Without hesitation, Stan stepped up and promptly organised an Auckland Council surveyor to come up and inspect the home to pass for a CCC. Well the Council surveyor found everything he could possibly find wrong with the house and gave us a long list of what needed to be done and then slapped us with a hefty bill before we even started! This is where our nightmare began! Stan was busy liaising with the plumber and drainlayer, electrician and independent surveyor to assess the property to get it up to standard and then there was the watertightness issue regarding the cladding on the house. Then we were told the cost to get the house up to water tightness standard was anything up to $100,000+ to redo the cladding! Stan managed to work through all these massive obstacles and finally get the house back on the market. We got a sale and a backup contract as well. Then seeing the backup contract through to settlement a few weeks ago. Although my brother took a big loss and didn't get what he hoped to, the house is sold! My brother is so relieved! A huge weight is gone from his shoulders, and he can now move on with his own life! This was only made possible with Stan's help and his perseverance and dedication to see this sale through to the end. This was not an easy task. Stan could have easily just walked away and left my brother to sort out his own mess but he didn't. We are so grateful for the work Stan has done and highly praise him for his work and dedication.

Stan, is no longer just our real estate salesperson, he is now a friend. Stan offers a personality that is not over the top, but factual and friendly. Very business like and professional - just what I expected when selling and buying a home. He is a great communicator across various cultural groups - I am a born and bred Kiwi and related very well to him, and I then saw the way he managed both the seller of this home and the purchaser of our old home (possibly Chinese). Nice work Stan. He has a superb knowledge of the real estate business and how to hold a deal together. Stan assessed our plan, then tweaked it, and even reviewed some of our costings, and then helped make it all happen. We are now enjoying our new home/project at Hunua, thanks to Stan Yee. I look forward to consulting with Stan when we consider selling or purchasing again.
