Yvonne is just a pleasure to deal with. The sale of our house was met with disaster when a rat decided to chew through a water pipe that flooded the whole house, delaying the settlement by almost six months while repairs were carried out. Yvonne was nothing but helpful during this time and continued to facilitate the communication between us and the purchasers long after her work was done. She even went to the house and turned the water off when she received the call on that dreaded day!
