I joined the team at Barfoot & Thompson Pukekohe as a Residential Salesperson in 2006 and I have to say, I love the variety of work that comes with real estate especially the opportunity to make connections with people. Changing markets present a challenge that I love. Every property has its own dynamics – I tailor my marketing structure to each unique property and when it comes to the nitty gritty of closing a deal, I use my negotiation skills to bring my vendors the maximum dollars the market will pay.

My career prior to real estate was as a professional rugby player. I played for the Chiefs, the Crusaders and the Highlanders and later in Italy and England. My sporting career set me up as a coach – I’ve coached many cricket and rugby teams both adults and kids and at the moment I’m still coaching the 2nd Fifteen at Pukekohe High School.

Franklin is good for so many things – raising kids, sports, hunting and fishing and all the good shopping amenities are right on the doorstep. Another thing that makes this area so special is the fact that many families have lived there for generations giving them a natural interest and care for their community.

I love playing golf and I especially love interacting with pets of all sorts although I don’t have any, at the moment!
