I am an honest, hard-working, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of guy and bring an extensive array of skills to my role as a Lifestyle/Rural salesperson. Working alongside my wife, Louise Moore, we complement each other perfectly. Together, we offer clients a complete package of industry knowledge, capability and personality.
Since joining Barfoot & Thompson in 2015, we have been ranked in the Top 5 Sales Partnerships Lifestyle & Rural every year, evidence of our dedication to finding solutions for our clients. Through years of experience, we have refined our skills, staying updated with market trends and providing valuable insights for the lifestyle/rural sector as well as residential property.
Prior to real estate, my role was dealing with the implementation of systems in the farming industry in Franklin and the Hauraki Plains. Working in this specialised and technical field involved a lot of problem-solving. I am able to think logically and perceptively and have developed a knack for negotiating.
Complementing my business acumen is my perseverance to see a job through, my determination to deliver on my promises and my steadfast belief in doing it right, first time.
I grew up in Pukekohe and have made it my family's home too. Over the past 14 years, I've bought, built and sold several properties in the area. I am a well-known face in the local community, where for many years I've been a committee member of the Pukekohe Rugby Club, as well as a player and manager of the Pukekohe Presidents rugby team.
I like to conduct business in a professional yet relaxed manner; I am genuine, reliable and down-to-earth. If you've been thinking of selling, or are interested in purchasing in the area, give either me or Louise a call today. We'd love to put our skills and knowledge to work for you.
